OUR SEARCH PROCESS

We follow a systematic and well defined four step process in conducting search assignments:

Requirements & Objectives. Prior to starting an assignment, we will confer with the Company Management and/or Human Resource Representative to gain agreement on the specific requirements of the position to be filled and the requisite candidate profile. We will learn about the organizational structure, culture, management style and business strategy. With your approval, we will prepare position specifications to be used as a basis for presenting the position to prospective candidates.

Research & Candidate Identification. We will develop a list of target companies and organizations, as well as utilize any lists provided by the client. Professional directories will be used to generate lists of contacts and potential candidates. We will also conduct a file search in our database of individual candidates with backgrounds who may fit the specifications. We will identify individuals by name, title and company affiliation in order to key in on prospective candidates. The disclosure of professional contacts and potential candidates will be handled in strictest confidence.

Qualification & Evaluation. We will contact by telephone those individuals identified through our research and then qualify them as to whether they meet the job specifications and have an interest in the position. We will conduct phone interviews with potential candidates. As requested by the client, will also conduct face-to-face interviews and prepare detailed interview reports outlining experiences, accomplishments, and overall strengths and limitations. We will also conduct and document reference investigations with management and professional contacts who can offer pertinent information on the candidate's qualifications, and to confirm or supplement information obtained during the interview process.

Selection & Placement. We will formally present final candidates to the Company Management/Human Resource Representative for final selection and approval. We will make arrangements for final interviews, provide candidate feedback, assist in salary offers and negotiations, etc., as necessary to assist in final candidate selection.
